The rules of operation under the direction of "International Money Transfers around the World"
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement regulates general provisions of the online platform for the ObmenAT24 international translation services (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor).
1.2. The Customer is a person who wants to use the Contractor’s services and performs the funds transfer using the ObmenAT24 online platform.
1.3. Hereinafter, the Contractor and the Customer are jointly referred to as the Parties.
1.4. This Agreement is a public offer operating on the territory of the services provision of the ObmenAT24 platform, which is addressed to an indefinite number of persons who have a full and unlimited legal capacity, as well as who are aware of the legal significance of their actions and their legal consequences.
1.5. The Agreement shall be considered concluded on the terms of a public offer accepted by the Customer during the request submission on the moneytransferobmenat24.com website to use the services provided by the Contractor.
1.6. The Parties recognise this Agreement published in electronic form as a legal effective Agreement concluded in writing.
1.7. The Contractor has the right to make changes to the Agreement as well as annexes to the Agreement by publishing such Changes on the moneytransferobmenat24.com website. The Changes shall come into force 15 calendar days after publication on the Contractor’s website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor undertakes actions to provide money transfer services in accordance with this Agreement, subject to the mandatory conditions set out in Annex 1.
2.2. The customer shall use the services of the Contractor and pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the approved tariffs of the Contractor.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1 The Contractor undertakes:

The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the geographical coverage of its services performance depending on the current restrictions, the situation in the country of service provision, and partner opportunities. The Customer receives confirmation of the possibility of providing the service during the execution and confirmation of each application individually.
3.1.2. To provide the Customer with the necessary technical and consulting support related to the use and provision of the Contractor's services throughout the entire period of service provision.
3.1.3. The Contractor processes and stores all the information (sender and receiver addresses, amount, time, identification data (personal data of the sender and recipient) on the Customer money transfers and undertakes to provide it at the first request of the Customers to whom it relates, with the exception of transactions with anonymous payment systems.
3.1.4. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose information on money transfer transactions, as well as personal data of the Contractor's Customers to the third parties, except in the following cases:
- By a lawful court decision at the location of the owner of the ObmenAT24 financial company;
- At the request of the payment systems administrations through which the money transfer is carried out.
3.2. The Customer undertakes
3.2.1. To comply with the terms of this Agreement
3.2.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Contractor’s services according to the Tariffs, which the Customer will be informed about before making the transfer.
3.2.3. When making a transfer, provide the Financial Company with reliable data that allows for identification.
4. Request formation
The Customer fills out a lead form to carry out an operation for “International Money Transfers around the World”.
At first, the Customer needs to provide the information according to the form:
- The nickname in Telegram or the phone number that the manager will use to contact and clarify details;
- Email address to which the manager will use to clarify the details if there is no response in Telegram. The email address is a mandatory field to fill in to register the request in the system;
- Country and city of sending (receiving) funds;
- Country, city of withdrawing funds;
- Currency in which the funds/e-money shall be given and recived;
- Amount the customer wants to send.
The Customer may send the amount in euros, dollars, local or e-currency (e-dollar, Perfect Money, Advanced Cash, Payoneer, Capitalist, Payeer)
According to the specified contacts, the customer support officer contacts the customer to agree on the terms of the transfer, the possibility of transferring to the specified city and clarifies the data on request.
In case of a positive first approval and if the customer confirms his/her request and wants to continue the cooperation, his/her contact shall be transferred directly to the company’s manager (hereinafter referred to as the manager) to process the transaction.
Based on the information received, the manager announces to the customer the preliminary terms of the money transfer transaction (city, amount, tariff and deadlines), and coordinates them with the customer.
The tariff shall be formed by the manager at the moment of discussing the terms of service. This tariff shall be valid for 1 hour from the moment of approval and shall be fixed at the time of funds depositing to the cashier/courier or crediting e-currency to the Contractor’s wallet. In case of a transfer after the specified period expires, the Contractor has the right to change the tariff rate unilaterally.
The transaction shall be considered completed at the moment of issue to the customer or to the person indicated by the Customer as the recipient of the requested amount of funds according to the agreed conditions.
Other preliminary terms of the transaction are specified in the Annex 1.

- If the city you need is not in the above list, the ObmenAT24 company considers the possibility of performing the task individually. Additional commission may be charged for the delivery to other cities within the same country. The amount of the commission shall be specified by the manager at the moment of transaction.
- The cross-rate shall be fixed at the moment of funds receipt. For countries where the issue shall be made in the national currency, the exchange rate shall be recalculated according to XE or the fixed exchange rate of the country.
- The customer gets the transaction’s tariff and terms fixed at the moment of funds and Token transfer for all countries. If the customer refuses to carry out the transaction after the Token transfer, there are penalties for him/her.
A token is a photo of a code bill. When received, the recipient shall present the bill, the person issuing the funds checks the given bill with the picture previously taken, and only if the serial numbers match the money shall be released.
- Money transfers in cities such as Warsaw, Istanbul, and Dubai are possible from 5,000 USD. For all other countries according to the list above, the minimum transfer is 10 000 – 50 000 USD depending on location.
